Love this place, the staff was friendly & polite. The food was really very good. We plan on going back and try burgers. We had the Our Burger w /bacon & it was excellent!!!

Very good burgers quick. Awesome spot check it out. Hey Wahlburgers no problem. We were visiting from buffalo ny for the recent tool concert. We found you by chance and we are glad we did. Keep up the great work and keep them great burgers we will be back!

Price point to other burger joints is about the same The "our burger" is about 8 dollars and was juicy and tasted fresh and not frozen. Portion sizes were larger than normal. Wife and I shared 1 fry and 1 onion ring and could not finish all of them. Atmosphere was cool and was hoping we run into Mark!! No Mark.... sad face.

Had great service at 11am on a weekday. They were very busy by the time we left (around 12:15pm). The burgers were good, cooked exactly as we ordered, and the condiments fresh. Amazing pickles!! The fries were fresh and hot as well, and their signature sauce is amazing! Similar to Raising Cane's sauce but not quite the same. Thanks for the great meal in a fun atmosphere!

Had my first Wahlburger last night at a big food tasting. Was pleasently surprised! It was the perfect bite. Usually with chains like this the food lacks and it is carried by the name, but not with this place. Good job guys, and great burger, Chef Paul!

The best thing about this restaurant is the apparent love that this family has for each other. The food was hot and fresh. All of the employees were nice and professional. The decor was modern and fun. I ate the fiesta burger and it was fine. The atmosphere was my favorite part.

My first time going to Wahlburgers and the lady who took my order was nice. The guy who made my burgers messed up big time. 2 impossible burgers 2 fries. Just lettuce, tomato and pickles is all I wanted. No cheese no onions but what did I get cheese and onions. About time I got home they was closed. Not to mention a girl came in when I was waiting and said her order was wrong and she needed it corrected. Check your order before you leave. I went back and they fixed the order and made sure to check it. They apologized and was really nice about the whole thing. Everyone of the employees was nice even the guy who messed it up. He wanted me to know it was his mistake. Everyone has a bad day I guess. Thankyou all!

The gentlmen here didn't bother taking extra time to ask what we needed. Just headed to the bar to get a salad and a burger I wanted. Front desk could do better.Food is great!! Recommended. I had Cobb salad and I enjoyed it.

Love the Our Burger. Our server Kim V was outstanding. We drove up from Columbus to visit the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame and get our Wahlburgers fix. We were also happy to see every staff person wearing their masks properly, keeping their distance and actively cleaning.

A solid Burger, Friendly environment, & Good People!My wife and I stopped by here for a quick bite while downtown on a trip. The service was warm, friendly, and quick. The foot arrived hot and fresh. The burger had a good taste, and the toppings were great. The side items were huge and tasty as well.

Amazing Burgers! Let's sum it all up: Juicy Cooked to Order Burgers, SOFT BUTTERY TOASTED GLUTEN FREE BUNS. Oh, you need more reasons to go? How about this: Crispy Hot Out of the Fryer Sweet Potato Tots.

I want to preface this by saying that the employees seemed nice. That being said, I couldn't bring myself to eat here. Out of the 5/6 employees that I saw, only one of them was wearing a mask properly. One of the cooks didn't even have his masks or gloves on, and he was physically preparing food. I don't believe a single cook (or employee) was wearing gloves. Regardless of the pandemic or not, gloves should be worn when handling food. I normally would not care about the masks but given the pandemic and the fact that they're coming into contact with people and their food, they really should be more responsible. (If not for themselves, then for the people that they're serving.) If you're concerned about COVID-19 or you have sickly family members, I would recommend waiting until this all settles down to visit this place. But given that they're not wearing gloves and they're handling their phones, I would just skip this place completely.

Food was legit so good!! We had a bit of a wait as it was a sat night and the caves were playing. But it was worth it! Our waitress did an amazing job keeping up and was very friendly. Great job Amanda! 😊✌

A brilliant restaurant I ever been into! The burgers are Delicious & the employees are extremely nice!

2- stars because my sever was awesome! But why are there servers? The burger came in a wire basket with sides being an extra cost. I was asked temp on the burger which was a joke because it came out well. $9 for 1/3lb burger w/ no side, not worth it.

First time in and already love this place. First review on the burger, one if the best I've ever had! Tots were up there too! Service was excellent and friendly. Fast too. Mud Pie as a nice afternoon add on drink to lunch rounded out this great virgin visit.

One of the best burgers in the city! I highly recommend coming to this location. The atmosphere is great and the customer service is excellent. The facility is extremely clean and conveniently located right across the street from the Jack casino. I will definitely be coming back!

I was very curious to try it since I am in from out of state. While knew the price was gonna be a little more, I still had a higher expectation. I have to say that the flavor of my burger and the service I got was on point with what I wanted. My one and only critique would be that I would hope the patty of the burger would atleast fill the bun but it was a little smaller.

Ate here with my son . It was my birthday Sat down. While eating. There was one more table being used . When they finally finished and left this table was not cleaned nor sanitize during this epidemic When i came home i was sick all night and had watery diarrhea all night. The food tasted microwaved . Reheated. This was far the worse experience eating some where sorry donny and mark Wahlberg it was ordered welled done burgers . Mine was just thru. My sons was still red meat ... . Probably wont be back. Also like to add looked as if a server came from the bathroom with another person as she gave him a hug and kissed he left from the rear she went back to work. wondering what type of services he received. First time here great so far

Good burgers and interesting brews. Very busy place all the time. Rivals the burgers you get at Five Guys. Nothing truly special for me. But I saw many enjoying the food and the atmosphere. Give it a try and decide for yourself. 😉

I recommend trying this place out if you haven't already. However, it is the most expensive burger place I have ever been to. Our food came out pretty quick. The burger was delicious. I got onion rings but they were more like onion scraps. Get the fries!

The atmosphere was great and so was my burger. I even enjoyed the fries. I was entertained by the TVs that were conveniently located throughout the restaurant and our food came out in the timely manner.

Even though has limited menu options the food was very good

I ordered a double Patty cheese burger and onion rings. The food was great and the burger was up there with the best I ever had.The staff was friendly and my order was taken and delivered in a reasonable amount of time. I definitely would go back

Our server was awesome and that is what earned them 3 stars. We were excited to try the burgers and stopped in after a casino visit. The patty was bland and very lacking. The sauce was great but used sparingly. Using the restroom is always a good idea especially if you enjoy being hit with the door while standing at a urinal. Getting out was a bit confusing also since it was a pull to exit with no paper towel to grab the handle with. Sanitizer is available once out of the restroom but that won't make up for touching a handle to get out with Lord knows what on it. Again service was wonderful and that would be our only reason for returning.

Good burger and sweet potato fries. Friendly waitress. My only complaint is that the beer tasted like the glass hadn't been rinsed very well. A bit dishwatery.

So yummy! The service was friendly and speedy. The food wad amazing. I had the our burger with the toppings that are listed and it was really good. The quality of the ingredients were top notch. Also the mac n cheese is delicious. If I didn't live an hour away I would be back quickly.

This was my first visit to Wahlburgers and I definitely think I will be back! The service was fast, attentive, and fun! I got the Patty Melt and the Sweet Potato tots. So good! I like Wahlburgers over Shake Shack. Much better quality and it is a sit down restaurant, where Shake Shack you order at a counter.
